BlaKC Excellence Academy ("we," "us," "our") operates blakcexcellenceacademy.org and the BE HUB program platform ("the Hub"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What We Collect
On our website: information you provide through contact forms, newsletter signups, and donations, plus standard site analytics. On BE HUB: account and contact information for enrolled students, parents/guardians, and staff, plus your activity while using the program platform. You sign in to the Hub via Google, which shares your basic profile info with us — we never see your Google password.
Many program participants are minors. Student data is collected with parent/guardian knowledge and involvement as part of enrollment. Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their student's information anytime.
How We Use It
To operate our website and program, respond to inquiries, process donations, send program communications (some of which are required for enrolled participants and can't be opted out of), and administer the Hub. We don't sell your information.
Third-Party Services
We use Google's services (Firebase, Drive, Gmail, Sheets) to operate the Hub, and a secure payment processor for donations. These providers process data on our behalf.
Security, Retention & Your Rights
We use industry-standard security to protect your data and retain it only as long as needed to operate our program and website. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing us at info.blakcexcellenceacademy.org
