Our Website
Our website provides information about BlaKC Excellence Academy and allows you to contact us, sign up for our newsletter, and make donations. Use it lawfully and respectfully. Donations are processed securely through our payment provider; all sass otherwise stated.
BE HUB (Program Platform)
The Hub is available to enrolled students, their parents/guardians, and program staff by invitation or enrollment. You access it via Google Sign-In and are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
Contact us immediately at info@blakcexcellenceacademy.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use the Hub respectfully: NO harassment, inappropriate content, misrepresenting your identity, or accessing data you're not authorized to see. Some program communications are required and can't be disabled. You retain ownership of what you submit, but allow us to share it with relevant program staff as needed to run the program. Staff, mentors, and administrators may access student information and activity as needed for mentorship and student safety.
We may suspend or terminate your access (to the website, the Hub, or both) for violating these terms, unsafe conduct, or no longer being affiliated with the program.
No Warranty / Limited Liability
The website and Hub are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlaKC Excellence Academy isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from your use of either.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE].
